Meeting Schedule
Demonstration Meetings:
Demonstration meetings are held once a month from October to May, excluding December. Demonstrations in various media, by recognized artists, are held at the North Parish Church in North Andover (at the corner of Academy and Great Pond road). Members help with hospitality, providing refreshments. These meetings are free to members and nonmember guests may attend for a donation of $5.00.
Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and are open to the membership.
Annual Meeting:
The annual meeting is held each May, at which time the membership receives reports on committees as well as votes for the upcoming budget, votes to make any bylaw changes, and elects officers for the following year.

In addition to the demonstration meetings, the guild has a library of art related video tapes, which may be borrowed by guild members. These video tapes were acquired through grants from the Arts Lottery Council and through the use of guild funds.
