Rolling Ridge Winter Show, Painting pick-up/drop off

Rolling Ridge’s Winter Show
Receiving - Monday November 23th, 2:00 - 4:00 PM
1)     Pickup of Fall Show paintings and delivery for the Winter Show is Monday, November 23rd, 2:00 - 4:00 PM 
2)     The Winter show theme is “On a Winter's Day.”
3)     Each AAG member may submit two paintings each no larger than 16" x 20" inches or one painting no larger that 30" x 30" inches.
4)     Paintings must be ready for hanging with screw eyes and wire.  Paintings with saw tooth picture hangers will not be accepted.  
5)     Entry fee is $5.00 for one painting, no charge for second painting.
Please see attachment for details of the December Reception and Open House hosted by Rolling Ridge which is free and open to the public.
Volunteers are needed to accept paintings and hang the show.   Can you help?  Please call Joan Rademacher at 978-682-5602.
The Guild’s fiscal year starts September 1st.  To exhibit in the Winter show a member’s dues must be current.
